 Therefore it is very useful in modpacks, where you might want to change some recipes for balancing, and disabling crafting of certain items on your server.

How to install “Custom Recipes Mod”

  1. In order to use the “Custom Recipes Mod”, you will need to install first the Minecraft Forge.
  2. Download “Custom Recipes Mod”
  3. Click on the start menu and type “%appdata%” (without the quotation mark) and then type .minecraft
  4. This command should redirect you to the installation folder of minecraft.
  5. Find the folder “mods”
  6. Extract the “Custom Recipes Mod” into the mods folder.
  7. After successfully extracting all the files of “Custom Recipes Mod” into the mods folder, you may now run Minecraft.
  8. The screen will then introduce you to simple instructions that, you should follow. After that you are good to go.
